For all other clients I am an out-of-pocket therapist. I do not offer a sliding scale. If you have insurance you may have out of network benefits. If you have out of network benefits I can provide a superbill which is an itemized receipt that you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

If you are interested in a superbill I highly recommend you contact your insurance provider and ask specific questions about your benefits prior to scheduling with me. It is also important to know that a mental health diagnosis will be required for submitting a superbill for reimbursement. I can provide questions that can be helpful to ask if that assistance would be helpful. Mostly you want to make sure that you have out of network coverage and to understand your reimbursement rate, deductible, out of pocket costs, the reimbursement process and if they cover the services I offer.

My availability is during school hours to accommodate the reality of being a working parent. I currently work on Tuesdays 9-4, Wednesdays 10-2 and Thursdays 9-4. I ask to start with new clients on a weekly basis and am open to exploring meeting biweekly once we have built a therapeutic relationship.

I ask for cancellation 24 hours in advance or you will be charged $100 for the missed appointment.
